All applicants must first be assessed with various criteria. This will be based on the prospective tenant’s level of investment in Permitted Activities specified. This will include data on the number of staff that is directly employed in technology development, as well as the level of financial investment and resources in technology-related products, processes, or services including consulting services and research and development.
