Qatari Diar reveals Downtown Lusail project
During Cityscape 2019, Qatari Diar proudly unveiled Downtown Lusail—a new brand that features Al Seef, Boulevard, and Plaza as three separate projects that will pave the way for the promising future of real estate in the country. Three other global projects—Chelsea Barracks in the UK, Southbank Place in the UK, and Sea Pearl in Istanbul, Turkey—were unveiled and thoroughly discussed during the event.
According to CEO of Qatari Diar Eng Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah, the budding new projects will prove with confidence and certainty that the construction sector in Qatar is alive and thriving, with all of the work going smoothly and uninterrupted in full swing. The series of new projects will be strategically located within the commercial district of Lusail City. This is also good preparation for the Lusail City Stadium in anticipation of the 2022 World Cup.
With all of these new opportunities popping up, the state of the urban development of Qatar becomes even more attractive for foreign investors in the ever-growing global marketplace.
