How to use e-Payment, Deira Dertk Service, and contact General Authority of Customs in Qatar

Users can file the necessary reports or send information regarding prohibited goods and smuggled items online using the Deira Dertk Service. Should anyone wish to report any type of custom violation—this includes manipulation in documents, tampering customs invoices, and breaches of the Customs Law—they may do so via the website of the General Authority of Customs.

Simply input your name, your email, and your address. Fill in the complete details of the complaint or the suggestion. When prompted with the verification code, input the information and hit “Send”.

A similar process can be made when it comes to e-payment for any type of customs declaration. In cases where traders and customs brokers need to pay for fees concerning customs declarations submitted to General Authority of Customs (GAC), they can do so through the Al Nadeeb system, Qatar Clearance Single Window.

The requirements include a valid bank card. It should have sufficient funds to cover any of the fees they wish to pay online. Simply log in to the system and input the necessary information in the search standards. Choose your payment status. Then, look for the required customs declaration via the “Pending Payment” link.

When you are ready to pay, input the bank card type as well as all of the necessary information in the “Pay” link. Make sure you follow the guidelines on-screen, and wait for verification that your payment has been completed.

You can also check the User Guide for Customs Clearing Agencies for more information, or contact the call center at 136.

At the call center, you can send your comments, suggestions, and complaints to the General Authority of Customs. Keep in mind that you should keep your issues objective, professional, and factual.

Simply enter your name, your email, and your address and provide the details of your message.

You may also call 44457457, or fax the GAC at 44457015. The email address is Info.PR@customs.gov.qa. If you wish to deliver your issue to the GAC personally, you may visit the GDC building on “GULF GOLDEN TOWER” at Dafna Area next to Qatar Olympic Committee and Ezdan Towers.
