How to Request to Renew, Replace Lost or Damaged License to Recruit Foreign Labor for Others in Qatar

All kinds of businesses have the option to renew or replace the license of recruiting foreign workers for third party. While this service is currently disabled given the pandemic, it is still a good idea to be knowledgeable about the process should you need to go through it in the future.

Companies may simply submit their request for the same to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor, and Social Affairs (MADLSA). This is in order to renew the license of recruiting foreign workers for a third party. In cases where the license is lost or damaged, the same service applies when it comes to its replacement.

Simply visit the E-Services & E-Forms page menu on the MADLSA website. Then, go to the “Recruitment Department”. Afterward, select the service “Request Form to Renew, Replace Lost or Damaged License to Recruit Expatriate Workers for Third Party”.

Here, you will need to download and fill out the application form. Don’t forget to attach the Bank Security (Bank Guarantee) upon its renewal, as well as an official copy of the report of the company that indicates that the license was lost or that it needs to be replaced because it is damaged. You will also be asked to provide the following information:

Office name
Licensee’s name
Office address
License Number and Date

Submit the application form to the recruitment department, or visit the Government Services Complex nearest you for your own convenience.
