How to Issue Health Card in Qatar
The citizens of Qatar as well as residents may easily apply for a health card in order to access the convenient services that are provided by the hospitals and public healthcare facilities in the State. Simply pay a visit to the nearest Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) center in your location. You will have to fill out the necessary forms.
