How to Check Status of Customs Declaration Online in Qatar
For customs clearing agencies and other relevant bodies, the General Authority of Customs has made it easier to conduct certain affairs online, reducing the need to visit the physical offices and fall in line. This saves valuable amounts of time and energy for all parties involved, as reducing wait times and queuing can greatly increase the productivity and efficiency of both businesses and individuals alike.
For companies, the system admin is responsible for transacting online. The same system admin is the one who submitted the customs declaration. This can also be done by the customs clearing agent. Simply check the customs declaration status via the Al Nadeeb system, or via SMS using the registered mobile phone. This must be the same mobile phone number that was registered by the agent upon submission of the declaration.
Once logged into the Al Nadeeb system, on the right side, choose “Declaration” from the list. Afterward, choose “Status Enquiry”. Here, you can input the information that is required on the page named “Search for Declaration Status”. Select your declaration type, then select “Search”.
Once the Search Results page loads properly, you can click on the link that displays the customs declaration number. Here, you can easily review the details of the customs declaration, as well as its current status.

Keep in mind that the Customs Clearance office or your company should be duly licensed by the General Authority of Customs in Qatar. As a customs agent, you should pass all the qualifying training courses. Then, the customs agent must obtain the necessary license for the job. All fees must be paid accordingly.
