In Qatar, if anyone wishes to submit a customs declaration, authorization of the clearing agency is required in a specific port of entry. This should follow a specific set of procedures in one or more ports of entry. The system admin has the authority to either extend or terminate a clearing agency’s authorization.
To complete this procedure online, simply log in to the Al Nadeeb system and input the necessary information as needed. In the search standards for a clearing agency, pick the option that says “Search”. Select the “Clearing Agency Symbol” link. This will allow you to view the authorized clearing agency’s various details. Then, input the authorization duration and port of entry type. Afterward, click “Authorize General Guarantee Account”.
